Fisher was the perfect hire for Stan because he wanted a coach that was marketable, has experience with moving a team, but also someone that would not achieve too much success because a winning season would make the move from St. Louis to LA more difficult. Step right in Mr. Fisher.
And it all worked out great for Stan.
Since the hiring of Fisher, Rams have been close to the bottom in wins yet are second only to the Cowboys in TOTAL valuation growth. So while fans suffered through 2012 - 2016, Stan earned a whopping $2.125 BILLION in additional valuation.
That's almost double of the Seahawks who's been to the playoffs every year including two Super Bowls.
Football is not about wins and losses, it's all about dollars and cents.
