Snead is the GM which gives him some "decision making" in the HC.
Does the HC have control of team?
Does he see the HC improving the team?
Those are types of questions a GM gets in an interview/evaluation after the season is over.

Fisher goes, Snead stays and the search for a HC could be done after the season. Interesting.
