I think Norv is interesting. he certainly has proven to be an effective OC (not a head coach) over the long hall, but one has to question why he left MN. Ken Wisenhut is also interesting if the chargers staff gets fired. Trestman? hes been successful but he sucked in Baltimore. Other than that i think your looking at a younger guy. would that cut it? Quite frankly im not sure fisher would be willing to change so it may be a moot point.

Tell Fisher, go get a top notch OC and let him run the show, like GW and the Defense. If you can't agree to that, then at the end of the season you are gone.

Now.........Who do you see as a good fit for our offense as an OC?
