... how this played out.
How this 5-star recruit became a relatively underachieving college quarterback at Ohio State then washed-out at that position in the pro game, able to only make the practice squads in Seattle, Kansas City and Cincinnati ... but has now surfaced as one of the rising young stars at a completely different position.
I honestly haven't followed his story that closely since he left Ohio State. Had to look up his pro stops.
Soooooooooooooo ... would like to know what it is about this kid that led to this transformation? What is it about Pryor? How does he go from practice squad quarterback to burgeoning star wide receiver? What is it about who influenced him during that transition? Who gets the kudos for coaching him up?
It's an amazing story that goes way beyond his numbers.
Who drafted him btw, but I don't see this as unusual at all.
Seattle has an o-lineman playing and playing pretty well who had never played the position before.
You have players all over the league that were quarterbacks and are now wide receivers, punters, etc.
Isn't Julian Edleman the emergency qb for the Pats?
I could go on and on, but the simple answer is he's just a physically gifted athlete.
Leagues are full of them.
Best,
