Goff doesn't have an O-Line that is anywhere near what Carr has ... Goff doesn't have coaches that are anywhere near what Carr has. Goff doesn't have receivers that are anywhere near what Carr has. Carr has five outstanding WRs ... two excellent receiving TEs ... and five guys out of the backfield that are incredible route runners with great hands.
Carr doesn't have to be "right on target" ... Carr just has to see a jump-ball mismatch and he knows his guy will win 9 out of 10 jump balls.
Put Carr as a rooking on this Rams team? not kewl ... Put Goff with 2 1/2 years of good coaching and great team around him ... yes Goff would be better.
