there are two main GM job descriptions ... 1. Leader over the GM and entire team ...2 ... subordinate to the Head Coach
It seems as if the Rams are using scenario #2 where as Snead is Fisher's beotch ... I'm not thrilled with this arrangement. I want the HC to be answering to a GM and where the GM doesn't micromanage the HC. Maybe times will change.
