He is very good at what he does and knows his limitations.

He does not get involved in day to day operations of the team, and is essentially the mouthpiece for the organization.

He is great in the community and represents the organization very well.

Jeff Fisher's hiring was ALL on Stan K, he sought him out and met with him again privately to tip the scales.

You guys know that so I'm confused as to why you would put some of the responsibility on Demoff.

Kevin Demoff is the only bright spot in this dismal franchise. .

For his specific roles,

And said I personally like him...

However, I believe Kroenke trusts him too much to the point where he is indeed involved with football operations more than we believe.

Demoff was certainly involved with the GM signing of Les Snead. They knew each other before the hire and because of that Snead had the inside track on the job. Fisher just had to sit down with them and give his blessings, which he did.

Also, don't think for a second that Demoff wasn't involved with Kroenke in the Fisher hiring. Kevin is tight with his dad and he represented Fisher. No doubt Stan and Kevin talked together about head coaching candidates during that last Spags/Devaney season.
