Kevin Demoff is the only bright spot in this dismal franchise. .

Demoff's cap management is top 5 in the league.. Even the over blown contract that was offered to Tavon has an escape plan after the 2018 season ends.

Tavon has a gigantic cap hit of 14.9 million in 2017.... And a easier to stomach cap hit of 8 million in 2018

After the 2018 season ends the Rams can release Tavon with no significant cap penalties....
