You are right. We don't know who is making these decisions, but my guess is it's Fish. Remember he hired Snead. Usually it's the other way around. I think they've done well in the draft. AD is a HOF. Type pick. Tavon is a real weapon but we can't use his talent. He did score 10 TDs last year. TG looked like a great pick last year. Our OL has made him look lousy. We have selected good CBS..Tru, the kid who went to the Giants, Gaines. Have looked like a terrific second round pick and didn't give up a sack as a rookie. His injury and lack of an off season has hurt him. Brockers was solid and still performing well. Goff is going to look like a brilliant move eventually. GRob I give an incomplete. He has the talent but needs to clean up his act. some of the other young OL may still develop. And sometimes it's not the talent but the coaching. I think if Harbaugh took over, he'd get a center and shape these guys up quick. He would act like a professional HC and not try to be a buddy to these guys. If you made a penalty you would sit. If you goofed off in practice you would be sent home. Look what he did with the Niners. They ducked and he had them winning every week. He left. They suck again. Michigan sucked. He came in now they're undefeated. a great coach can make all the difference. He can make a team out of a bunch of individuals. Fisher can't. He has shown he can make a mediocre team out of talented individuals. I can't stand Bellicheat, but if you watch the Pats play you see the good coaching. The Seahawks too. Watch Alabama or Stanford. Sure they recruit awesome players but great players want to win so they choose to play for great coaches. Fisher should be a D.C. or secondary coach. He knows that stuff. What he knows about offense is how to stop it, even for his own team.
