It looks like the McCarthy era is coming to a rather sudden close in Green Bay. Its not a huge city like NY or LA but Green Bay I would have to believe is one of those choice locations you would consider if the job opened up.

I Don't pretend to know who will be on the short list of HC candidates or the best qualified for Kroenke and Demoff to mull over.

I am though ready to see the different lists from everyone on this board that has one. I've seen a few Short Lists but I would like to see a top 10 Wish List from all those on the Herd that have seriously thought it through.

Personally I'm hoping for a younger offensive minded coach but I'm open minded and realize the coordinators and assistant staff will be almost as important as getting the correct HC.
