It looks like the McCarthy era is coming to a rather sudden close in Green Bay. Its not a huge city like NY or LA but Green Bay I would have to believe is one of those choice locations you would consider if the job opened up.

Top candidates are very different from actual longterm successful coaches. Cause, frankly,if people actually knew who top coaches were, as opposed to who is a popular well-known choice, then, the NFL would be a very different place. At the start of this season, McCARTHY was considered a "top coach."
Before this year, a lot of Rams fans believed Arians was the very model of a top coach.
