I'm not sure...

if it could get much lower than your HC having more confidence in your punt blocking/return game than your offense. I'm thinking that 99% of coaches would rather have their actual NFL offense with the ball somewhere around their own 30-40 yard line with around 50 seconds left in a half than running the clock down for a last second punt block or return after a defensive stop. Very pathetic.
