The only problem I have with getting rid of Fisher.........Greg Williams DC will be gone.

I really think if Fisher gets an OC, then we still get to keep GW as our DC, and that would be huge. Fix the problem, the offense. Don't mess with the Defense.

To start over on both sides of the ball would be just miserable, especially to lose Williams with a new HC.
