Cities fire coaches, owners just give them the bad news.
If the LA fans and media make it known loud and clear that they want nothing to do with Fisher, he'll be gone.
If you can tune in KSPN (ESPN) 710 LA and KLAC 570 AM you will hear show after show where all the hosts are very critical of Fisher and the team.
This is not like the early days in STL when never a discouraging word was heard or written. This is big city, like NY and they have no mercy on bad teams
or bad coaches.
The fans voiced their displeasure loud and clear on Sunday. Wish you could have been their in person just to hear the boos rain down on the team after each failed offensive possession. There are audio recordings being played on the shows locally of the fans screaming 'WE WANT GOFF!" Fisher saying he didn't hear that is a lie.
Grits
That's a start.
I remember the NY Giants in 1978 after the famous Joe Pisarcik fumble and TD return by Herm Edwards. The Giants fans has been unhappy for years and that was the last straw for them. The week after that game the Giants played the Rams, and I was there. The Rams won and Rod Perry and Pat Thomas starred. The Giants fans were burning their tickets outside Giants stadium during the tailgating. There were private planes flying over the meadowlands with banners saying fire everybody. The Mara's fired everybody that week. They then hired George Young as GM and he turned that entire organization around after 16 years of non-playoff football.
Something like that is what LA needs to do to get rid of Fisher. They have to make Kroenke extremely uncomfortable with his new business.
