I heartily agree although I question what players hold the QB accountable, especially if the head coach is backing him up? But I agree with you on the lack of accountability on the Rams O. Saffold should have been benched IMO.

Without accountability, there are no repurcussions for bad play. No "next man up" cause you're not doing your job. Frustrating, to say the least.
