QB Rating while Not Perfect and obviously flawed, it is widely excepted as a way to evaluate the composite total performance of a QB. Obviously as the article states, Nick Foles isn't the best QB in the league while he was with the Eagles, but he did do well while he played there and well with the Chiefs last weekend. He just played poorly with the Rams in between.
