The QB rating is 77. Trevor Siemian has a 87 rating.
However, I think you have to factor in that any QB is not going to do as well with a Fisher ran offense, so I would add at least 10% points to Keenum's rating if he were to play with another team which makes them about equal.
I wouldn't do it if I were the Broncos. To me, it is creating an unnecessary disruption for maybe a little more stability after he learns the system. While Denver isn't doing anything too out of the ordinary either, it has to be more than what the Rams are doing on offense and it is getting too late in the year to be tinkering without a significant upside.
