That's why you conduct interviews. Being a good coordinator is certainly a tremendous asset to have.
By the way...in reference to your comment about other posters looking stuff up.
The first year in Linehan's offense the Rams avg over 22ppg and Steven Jackson had one of the best years of any offensive player.
1500+ yds rushing and another 800 yards on 90 recs.
The Rams haven't come close to that level since.
