This thread reminds me of a pencil that has been slammed at 50 mph into tarmac.
Pointless.
I know we like to go back and forth and have fun, but to even question if a player is a bust before he has played a snap in the NFL this side of him losing all of his limbs in a freak fairground accident seems ludicrous.
Here's the thing with these kind of conversations.
People love to say they got it right after the event. That they 'knew' something to be true when it was really just an opinion.
Equally, others have no problem forgetting the dozens of mistakes they made in making positive assertions, when that is, they make the one that proves correct.
I know you candidly admitted you were in favor of Goff and boldly said you're good at judging talent, but this seems to me to make about as much sense as strapping 38 live salmon to your naked body and going swimming in Copper River after e-mailing all the hungry local bears coming out of hibernation of your intention.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
