in the sense of it being indicative of potential. That's above my pay scale.
On the field, however... I think there is demonstrably a predominant trait among the best QB's who have played the game... WITH a few exceptions. They are energetic. Eyes like a bird, darting here and there... nothing escaping their attention. I would call it 'controlled frenzy'.
