is more indicative of him not being up to speed with what Fisher & Co. want and NOT what he could do as an NFL starter.... there is a difference.
Part of me agrees with Fisher on this... you have a 'plan'... and you need to stick to it.
But part of me knows that some coaches have the ability to adapt, (not total overhauls), to create an optimized game plan that better fits who is in the game. I don't think Fisher has that ability or at least is unwilling to try it.
