Goff would have been more productive than keenum.

He can throw the ball better. This offense they run can't be dumbed down anymore, lol

He can see over the offensive line and go through the progressions based on what he did at Cal.

Just his arm strength should give him a chance.
He proved in college he has can bounce back from a bad season like he did after his freshman year at Cal.
