Well there was an article from a guy who follows the Pats that said he has grown from and has gotten experience from the Denver job.

There he was a total control freak who had to do everything. Now he takes input from the position coaches and allows them to come up with

ways to attack offensively. I think he would be much better at head coach his second time around. imo.
