However, it's more than players. It's more than coaches.

It's pervasive throughout the organization. It's an organizational failure.

What does that mean? It means that the problem is deep rooted...not just fixed by adding a player or an assistant.

This is not about a winning season. This is about being a winning organization. It's about being like the San Antonio Spurs, the St. Louis Cardinals, the New England Patriots.

This organization is literally on the opposite side of the spectrum. As a Rams fan, that is depressing.
