I would add to the mess that Fisher doesn't have any veterans. Youngest team in the league for the last 5 years = stupid.
That is utterly rediculous to not have veteran leadership.
He trades knowledge for youth/speed.
One of the things that makes the Patriots great is there consistency. Same core group of leaders for years. They are fine tuning while the Rams try to hike the ball without a fals start.
