Only thing you can do. Keep coaching him up. The alternative to that is to cut him, fire Fisher, move the Rams to Toledo and change their name to the Toledo Klingers and make Jamie Farr the head Coach. Rampage would have to have rhinoplasty though, because even his nose is bigger than Jamie's. And there would probably be some nose envy that would just be a distraction.
Well that all makes perfect sense to me.
