No disrespect intended but I hate these threads because we are stating an opinion in regards to leadership from watching the game on TV or the stands.

I was that fan with this team for years until I was given the opportunity on 5 seperate occasions to work this teams locker room and be on its sidelines during these road games. Simply saw that exact opposite on this subject matter each and every time. Tremendous communication going on as well as leadership and caring for what was happening on the field. Heard it with my own ears as well as saw it very up close. Again in my opinion thread is very inaccurate.

Now stating this team lacks talent and/or coaching then ok. But leadership well hard sell with me.

Good post...o love how people see two seconds of a sideline shot and paint an entire picture from it...I telling you right now this team should be 5-1 had the injuries didn't pile up two week ago like they did on defense. Or even 4-2 with all that had we just scored on a 4th and goal from one foot out. I'm pretty sure at 5-1 none of these post would exist.

How does your post have anything to do with the topic?
v

You said this - The biggest issue is the leadership on the sidelines. Their is no accountability. Not with the stars and not with his front office. They built this team terribly. Every young guy that was acquired with the massive haul of picks were either misses, forced to walk due to cost or locked up to huge contracts. They do not want to be a farm team for the rest of the league so they are forced to pay up. In the process they snip the leadership guys. Also, they are back where they started because the important pieces were never filled. Every addition creates a subtraction. When a team sucks that is going backwards.

How do you know any of this from watching it on TV???
Had they stayed healthy on defense the last two weeks or scored from one foot out, we'd be sitting at 5-1 or 4-2 at worst. Would you still post this type of post if we were sitting at 5-1 right now?

I can see how that dialogue can be misconstrued. I was following the on the field leadership theme and using the terminology as a bridge transition to the front office. The point was that the team was built poorly and the players are not held accountable. The coaches are not held accountable.
I apologize for the lack of clarity.

In regards to your final question, I probably would not be making a thread on it. With that said, I have been very vocal about my concerns about the defensive leadership and lack of IQ from before the season and several times in season.
