Jake, they couldn't RANK much worse, but they certainly could BE much worse.

For one thing, they've been doing a solid job at pass pro, far as I can tell.

I don't know what the answer is, and it might well make sense to shuffle things around (tho' I also don't buy the claim that "they aren't going to get better"? Why do you know that, exactly?). But the premise that they "can't get any worse" isn't a promising start.
