The Shuffling has been going on with OLINE. It has been like try this try that with no real vision. And than to use lack of vision as an excuse to me is just so puzzling. Another reshuffle would be another excuse, but my question is this:
Why do you keep the try this try that method versus just getting it right? It be different if there were no assets to get players. A cap heavy team with no high draft picks. But that isn't the case.
I personally think it isn't the decisions on the talent, but the inability to develop an offensive system (Develop Players, Develop Scheme, Develop Process to Build Game Plans Each Week)
I think the offensive line isn't prepared and has to block against a defense that knows what is happening before the play starts.
