With new offenses teams look out of sync at first.

Basically only one team in NFL history was winning after a move. At this point the Rams are 3-2 after a move so that that makes them the only OTHER team (so far) that has won after a move.

So it's both. When players act like they have not played together it is a symptom of them not being comfortable yet with a new system.
