Maybe not...there never is.

I mean, maybe before you say an opinion about football different from your opinion about football is crazy and nuts, ask...can you give a genuinely neutral, balanced, real statement of the other side's argument? Not one distorted by your own view (like, "they blindly believe Fisher is x" )...but an actual neutral one. Not just neutral, but complete.

I am not asking you to do that btw. It's just rhetorical. In fact I am not even getting into the actual nuts and bolts details of the Fisher debate myself. But the point is an interesting one. Can I (using me now as the example) actually write something that genuinely sums up a view opposed to mine?

Remember, though, that in lieu of thinking in those terms, you are describing some people you post with and many times agree with as crazy and nuts.
