Who replaces Fisher?

None of you have clue one as to who would replace him.

I personally don't want to see a new coach come in and make wholesale changes to the roster again. Maybe tweak the roster but not whole sale.

Also this defense is built upon a blue print and you take a chance of changing the defense completely with a new coach.
