Unless I mis-remember, the reason for not re-signing Jenkins and Mcleod was that they didn't believe the players were worth their demands rather than that the Rams couldn't come up with the money. One may agree or disagree with that judgement, but unless I'm mistaken, manipuriram is flat out wrong on this assertion of cause and effect.
