DraftScout had Gratz rated as the 7th best CB in the 2013 Draft....for whatever that is worth.
He led all CBs at the Combine with 22 bench presses, the shuttle and vertical jump.
Gratz was apparently quite the HS trackstar in his native New Jersey and was heavily recruited by Rutgers, but chose to go to UConn.

Dwayne Gratz appeared in 40 games for the Jaguars...starting 25 games for JAX.

He had been moved down the Depth Chart lately and was most recently playing the nickel CB, a la our own Lemarcus Joyner.

I think Gregg Williams will want to try Gratz back on the edge, maybe in place of Troy Hill.
