Horizontal and predictable offense

October 11, 2016 11:59AM
Every week the commentators and analysts say it , point it out and prove it with tape.
That is the problem with this Fishball offense.

Zn says that Keenum is going deep more often than other Qbs (I still have a hard time believing this watching the games) but the results are always the same. Rams are right at the very bottom of the league in offense since Fisher took over.

Even if Keenum indeed goes deep more often than other Qbs the opponents do not respect or even fear it.
They are willing to give up the occasional deep completion or two over 60 minutes because they know that wont beat them.
Way too often a drive of the Rams stalls because of that horizontal and precictable offense. Even if one of those deep balls goes for a TD it does not scare opposing teams cause they know they more likely than not they will stop the Rams regularly or hold them to field goals.

Keenum and the Rams due to his physical short comings and one unimaginative play calling lacks key components of a diversified and dangerous passing attack.

"Go Rams!!!!!!!!!!!!
