I fully admit that Case is limited. I long for a strong armed franchise QB, and hope that Goff is the long term answer. However I feel that this team is good enough to win with Case, if he doesn't turn the ball over ( which he usually doesn't) and the OL plays better ( which they usually don't). I have seen zero evidence that Goff is ready.....
I had to fix your quote, I hope you don't mind ....
btw, if the Rams staff thinks and says that Goff is ready, what sight or insight do you have that makes you know better than the Rams staff?
As sad as it is to say, I trust what I saw with my own two eyes more than I can trust this coaching staff's ability to evaluate and edify any player on offense. I have complete trust in them to evaluate players on defense. Which is why I should stop bemoaning the loss of Jenkins in lieu of TruJo. Goff showed glimpses of a strong arm in the preseason, but appeared to me to wilt in the PRESEASON games. In games he was supposed to play more, he was pulled to protect his psyche. That is why I am hesitant to make the change. If someone recalls a preseason game where he appeared even remotely ready to even be a backup, tell me which one because I might need to rewatch it. Maybe I am remembering it wrong.
