Suh-weet!
... for Julio Jones straight-up?
Forget any feasibility issues. Simply in light of what the Rams have and what they need, is that a trade you would offer/accept?
Just curious.
I love Julio Jones' game. Everything about it. He's one of my FFL keepers. Just a great, very tough football player. But great receivers, as long as Fisher is the coach, will be wasted on the Rams. Great D-linemen won't be.
Secondary issues for me: JJ is hurt a lot. He plays through his injuries, but he's always dinged every season. He's also two years older than Donald, who is generally healthy.
It's also my view that, even under the best circumstances, wideouts aren't as important as D-linemen -- for any coach. They don't impact as many plays. They're left out of
most of them, in fact -- even "stars." Linemen play every snap on offense/defense and just impact a greater percentage of the game.
In short, no. I wouldn't make that trade.
