Me ( ad nauseam) : The O line is still most important cog on a professional football team. When a running back allegedly as good as Gurley can't get any more yards than he has these first four games-something is wrong. The obvious issue involves the line itself but I also believe there may be a vision issue for the back as well.
How can an ol be good when the defense simply knows what is coming? Theyou sell out for the run on down one. They smother the short hit on down two. They pin their ears back and rush on down three. The defenders have zero fear of guessing wrong because nobody fears the Rams one on one. Letting a defensive lineman go one hundred percent against a percentage play is a ol nightmare.
