Anyone who wants to stop smoking weed can simply stop. There are no side effects.

Alcohol, that's a "substance", it produces symptoms upon withdrawl. Nicotine, same thing. Opioids, same thing. Weed, none.

Gordon's problem is that he gets busted, yet mostly gets away with it and isn't smart enough to stop. Plenty of players get nailed and smarter up and grow up and put the bong down.

I've known people with drug issues throughout my lifetime, in fact on May 5 1999 I lost two friends because of coke one of whom had been to rehab twice. This isn't anywhere near that type of thing. There isn't a "fight" to get through this, there is just stopping.
