Culture is horrible. You've got to be kidding?
Laurinaitis: "Went to St. Louis where we had to try climb out of it. Get here, hear 7-9 isn't acceptable. Awesome to be around that hunger."
Not a winning culture and it is easy to see once you watch the very staged, Hard Knocks "documentary" series
2012- #1 most penalized team
2013 - #2 most penalized team
2014 -#3 most penalized team
2015 - #7 most penalized team
Kroenke openly lied and insulted St. Louis, despite 12 consecutive losing seasons
Head Coach has a has a .440 coaching record during his tenure, but appears to be on the verge (some speculate it's already happened) of an extension
Undisciplined players ....including 2 game ejections after three games in 2016
Minimal progress on a boatload of draft picks, including, as of today, two QBs drafted #1 overall that weren't/haven't been developed.
I could continue, but I sense you don't agree and enjoy the 'friction' of my opinions/these facts, so, I will say I respect your opinions. But don't agree. Company/Team cultures are very, very important to overall success. The Ram's clearly have a problem. Kudos of Koetter for admitting he recognizes his team has a culture problem......I find it very telling (just listen to a Jeff Fisher Show, they're incredibly bad), that Fisher has never addressed the same problem with the Rams. But for $7 million dollars a year guaranteed and no accountability, I doubt he ever will.
We better all hope they were right about Goff, as well as the other draft picks in recent years.
I know where you stand. Moving on now.
