personal? i have no idea what your talking about. if you mean do i think your wrong? yes. nothing personal..its just my opinion. i cant prove that goff is "disinterested" or "unmotivated" but i dont believe YOU or anyone else with a psychology degree can prove he is by watching what amounts to be maybe 30 seconds of video. as a person with a degree in pyschology (i assume you mean gradate degree) im sure you are aware that "experts" can’t interpret body language effectively 100 percent of time and there is a lot of research about the different meaning of nonverbal communication.
the reason i focused on the perception=reality is that you wrote it twice so it seemed important to you.
in terms of your specific observations, ill address them if it make you feel better. you said...

I'm certain that if you hired a new employee and they came to company meetings yawing all the time, not engaged in learning opportunities,... that it would get your attention. Especially when the employee was hired at a very expensive rate (draft picks) and labeled a star of the future.again with your advanced degree im sure you can see how this is qualitatively different from a few snippets of video. if not ill spell it out...you or somebody would typically interact with this person on a daily basis which would add inforation to your opinion. and if not, then at least his or her work would outweigh the nonverbal communication.

At one point yesterday, they flashed to Keenum with a tablet and coach talking strategy while on the bench. Goff was literally sitting next to Case, leaning back, not listening or engaging in the conversation. It "looked" like coaching...... so maybe he should be listening? There were several shots just like this yesterday .....he looks aloof and disengaged, like he knows (likely Fisher has told him) that he isn't going to play for a long time. In addition, as Ram43 brought out, he is caught yawning on camera.....big deal or not.......when Wentz, Brissett, Prescott and others look to be giving it all their passion......shots of Goff don't look that way.i watched the whole game, but sorry i ddnt see what you saw or at least it didnt stick out in my mind as a problem. in fact i remember seeing goff once or twice with his helmet to his ear. i presume he was listening to the play call (kinda like doing his job) and not listening to music, but again i cant prove that by anything all saw on tv.
moreover even if what you saw what you think you saw, it kind of fits his personality from what ive read. its been said that nothing fazes him and that he doesnt get to up or down (ie. a lack of emotion). so what you interpret as disinterest may just be him.

Reality= the Ram's are a losing organization and to change that you have to act the part and practice excellence.
It sounds like you took my factual comments very personal which is a long running problem on Internet boards. Tends to attract that.
I couldn't help but notice that you didn't address even one of my personal observations.....only seemed to comment on your opinion on me.....reason for that? Did I see things that weren't on TV? Lying? Curious......
And thank you for the wishes!
