No question that this is a much better D with a healthy Gaines at outside CB.
His continual injuries are a problem. A problem that the Rams don't need, frankly.

Another thing. The lingering injuries to Spruce and Cooper are holding us back on O, too. Both players essentially playing the slot position. This will be the 5th straight week that Spruce couldn't play, and Cooper isn't that far behind. Half a college season, for cryin' out loud. Geez...
