I think overall you're right. And that's where- once deemed ready- Goff opens things up because he simply has the arm and willingness to use it.
But until then a few plays they really need to use....
Jet sweep to Austin. An effective play in 2015 and sure would have been a nice counter to the 49ers slamming LBs up the middle all night Monday..
Seam route to Higbee. As you mentioned. He has true size and speed to run it.
5-8 yard drag routes vs man to Austin (and Cooper once he is back). Remember Austin's TD vs Indy his rookie year? Run that.... When you have. A guy with his speed and elusiveness you need to hit him on the move vs standing still behind the LOS...
Play action back end route to Kendricks and/or Higbee. Not sure what this is called but it's the play that Kendricks dropped vs PITT last September..
