Fisher is so arrogant and overconfident (again I have never seen a coach that loses as much as Fisher so confident) that he actually believes that the Rams are ok with what they have for now.
Also Keenum played so poorly why would you make Goff two if hes not ready? If the goal is to win now you need to be getting Manion ready just in case Keenum craps the bed again. He consistently overplays his hand when it comes to his QBs
