How bad is Mannion

In that in this 28-0 game, that the Rams still can't get him on the field for a least some mockup duty. He couldn’t get on the field last year either at the end of the season. At this point, the only scenario he could play it appears is injuries to both QBs before they get a chance to pick somebody else up off the waiver wire.

I was hoping he get a chance, but he must really be a mess to not be able to get into that game.
