Playbook breach?

Remember when our GSOT Rams looked bad against the Cheatriots in 2001 SB? We later found out thT they tapped our pre game walk through so they knew exactly what we were going to run. It looked like that to me again Monday night. Did they Niners D intercept the headset relay?
Was there cheating going on? Or are we too predictable? Maybe both. Even so, there should be multiple options on every play so CK probAbly could've come up with a better option. Looked terribly suspicious to me.
