What the talking heads have to say. What the people who want to run Fish out of town say. What the Goff haters want to say. What the Hard Knocks bashers have to say. Yes, it's a debate forum and that's why I come here. It's just that there has been so much negativity this off-season from all sides, I'm a little numb to it.
Lost in all of this is that the Rams play the hated 49ers on Monday night to open up the season to open up the Coliseum. That's pretty special. And for all of the bad things that are going to happen, the mis-steps taken to get here and drunken stagger we are doomed to lurch into the season with, I'm pretty excited. Not seeing a lot about that because the actual game is pretty anti-climatic to all of the drama that now consumes professional football.
So, while I'm not exactly chugging the Kool-Aid, I'm going to let the season come to me and enjoy it. I like football. Sporting the Gurley jersey into casual Friday coming up, getting my FF rosters set and I am just so ready for this season to begin.
