I'll tell ya one thing...

If they don't announce the extension of Fisher before the Niners game, and the Rams lose that game, I bet Kroenke pulls any offer off the table.

And it makes perfect sense to do that.

Think about what could happen if the Rams lose to the Niners. The next 3 games are very tough. It would be a PR nightmare for Kroenke if he extended Fisher and the guy goes 0-4, after 4 losing seasons.

Fisher has got to win the Niners game. Losing that game would be a crushing blow on multiple levels.
