Fisher has done a good job leading the organization in rebuilding the roster which was probably worst in the league when he took over.
His development of the offense has been poor.
His game coaching is average.
His leadership in developing young talent is good.
His management of the players is good.
His management of the defense is good.
My biggest complaint has been how long it has taken to get the resources and offensive scheme in sync. They took way to long to fix the QB situation and the the WR is still a question mark.
I think he has the Rams in position to contend for the playoffs which to me means he is doing ok but not great. I really believe that he took over a total disaster in terms of the roster and that it was going to be a multiple year process to fix it.
He got some really bad luck on Bradford and the injuries and had to start over from scratch at QB. Hindsight says he should have drafted Bortles but they didn't know at the time that Bradford would be injured again.
I also think he suffered some poor coaching on the offensive side of the ball for much too long and was too slow the make the coaching changes.
Still at the end of the day I really like our roster and believe we have the players in place to be contenders for the next few years at least so while I wish we could have gotten here faster I do think we will win this year and that he has done okay, not great, not terrible but okay. Give me a winning season and a playoff spot and I will raise that okay to a decent.
