I noticed it too and was surprised the Play was not challenged.
It was so obvious.
But the pass was a good one. Even if he clearly was behind the LOS.

they talked about it on espn last night and showed his arm was behind the LOS when he threw the ball....it was close, but apparently as long as any part of the body is touching the LOS it is legal...although it might have been called back if it went under review...it was on the edge.
